Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package anytime through the carrier or your EASYPET account.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email photos to support@easypet.com.au within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or refund immediately.

Once received: 3–5 business days to inspect, 1 business day to process. Refunds appear in 5–7 business days (up to 10 for credit cards).
